   Proposal Description:
   The sole aim of this project is to test the hypothesis that there is a significant interaction effect of APOE genotype and alcohol consumption on cortical thickness and cognitive function in healthy subjects. The existence of such an interaction could help provide insight into how the APOE-4 allele increases one's risk for AD and better elucidate the role of lifestyle factors on brain structure and cognition.
